About Dr. JC

Dr. JC didn't choose chiropractic — it chose him. Growing up in St. Louis, he spent years dealing with back pain and headaches that nobody could seem to fix. Doctors, medications, rest — nothing worked until a chiropractor finally got to the root of the problem. That experience changed his life, and he decided to make it his life's work to do the same for others.

After graduating from Christian Brothers College High School, Dr. JC earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2015. He trained extensively in hands-on soft tissue techniques including Pin & Stretch Therapy and Graston Technique, and developed a deep focus on functional biomechanics — understanding how the body actually moves and where it breaks down. He is a proud member of the Missouri State Chiropractic Association.

What sets Dr. JC apart is his approach. He's not the chiropractor who cracks your back and sends you on your way. He listens. He asks questions. He runs through a thorough evaluation to figure out exactly what's causing your pain — then builds a plan around your body, your goals, and your life. Whether you're a weekend warrior, a desk worker with a stiff neck, a new mom with back pain, or a kid with a sports injury, he meets you where you are.

Outside the office, Dr. JC is a proud St. Louis dad of two boys. When he's not adjusting spines, you'll find him on the sidelines of whatever game or practice his kids have that week — cheering loud, probably coaching a little from the bleachers, and loving every minute of it.
